Roxby Leisure Centre operations manager, Michael Esposito, and youth activities officer, Nicole Trethowen said the fedback allowed them to assess what the youth wanted next year.

“We’re in the process of putting together a yearly youth activities calendar - Nicole will have the role of facilitating those programs and activities,” Mr Esposito said.

“Some of those activities are going to include skate competitions, outdoor cinema events, X Box, Playstation and Wii competitions – fun, interactive activities that the youth can be involved in.”

Mrs Trethowen, said they wanted to consult with the youth to get their input before the centre went ahead and put the calendar together.
