“Overall, 2011 and the start of 2012 were really positive for RoxFM, although each year has its ups and downs,” said station manager Julian Tregenza as he reflected on the achievements of RoxFM over the past 13 months.
“The good thing about 2011 was the increase in the variety of shows.
“This gave our presentation a much wider genre of music and showmanship.”
Although Rox FM had lost a few shows due to the nature of the town, the station had also gained new shows with more shows in the pipeline.
“There’ll be new DJs you’ll be hearing over the air waves very soon.
“At this point I must acknowledge the dedication of our invaluable voluntary DJs whose committed contribution has kept the spirit of RoxFM alive.
“Without them, there is no RoxFM.
