Swimmers were given two-and-a-half hours to swim as many laps as possible with stops allowed only for drinks.
The event kicked off at 5.15pm with 32 swimmers in four lanes.
It was a bit crowded to start with but once the swimmers got their momentum the laps started to tick over.
All up swimmers completed 4445 laps, which equates to 111 kilometres.
Winners of the most laps swum were: Adults - Darren Lowe 264 laps; Swordfish Squad - Caitlin Abbott 296 laps; Sharks Squad - Centaine Casserly (female) 246 laps and Mitch Steer (male) 268 laps; Stingrays - Eugene Van Niekerk 150 laps; Dolphins 2 - Brianna Bastian (female) - 138 laps; Wesley Steer (male) - 122 Laps and Joel Longmire (male) - 122 laps; Dolphins 1 - Hayley Gregory (female) - 102 laps, Alyssa Parker (female) - 102 laps and Josh Bedding (male) - 124 laps.
Swimmers now have until Friday, February 26 to collect and return all money - with the winner of the prize for most money raised being announced on Tuesday, March 2 at training.
There were some amazing efforts with our two youngest swimmers Annalise Abbott and Alyssa Parker - both five-years-old swimming at least 100 laps each.
Caitlin Abbott took out the most laps for the evening swimming 296 laps and looked like she could keep going for another couple of hours when she got out.
