Women in Roxby Downs raised $8200 for the Red Sands Foundation at the weekend from the Think Pink Ladies Golf Day.
A field of 84 golfers, divided up into 18 teams, dressed up and played golf for the day to raise money for The Cancer Council.
Organiser Julie Darling said it was a great day and everyone had a ball.
“Ladies dressed up as pirates, hippies and Barbie dolls, amongst other things,” she said.
“This is the third one we’ve had and we raised twice as much money this year compared to last year.”
Caddies were auctioned off during the day, with the top caddy selling for $500, while other items were auctioned to raise another $1900.
